Changed paper kind input for broken jobnames

Changed how the scripts pick up the kind of paper being run, so as to rely on a macro specified via pdflatex to set whether the pdf should be a questions paper or an answers paper.

Tests fail, but that's something to do with the class and appears unrelated — should be fixed sometime but not caused by these changes!
